Comprehensive health and wellness initiative striving to improve the overall health of members, ages 6-18, by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition, and helping them develop healthy relationships.
Athletic teams for football, cheerleading, boys' and girls' basketball, and baseball keep kids active year-round. Teams participate in local leagues and play against other teams from throughout central Alabama. Our 13 year old team won the 2016 Dizzy Dean World Series!
